About ERAFAV
ERAFAV is an independent U.S. online retailer of genuine, brand-new Timex watches. We keep things simple: real products, described accurately, shipped free across the United States, backed by clear terms you can hold us to.
Who we are
ERAFAV is a small, independent watch retailer based in Kalispell, Montana. We sell one thing and we sell it well: authentic Timex watches, factory-fresh and ready to wear. There is no hype in how we run the store and none in how we describe what we sell. Every listing is meant to tell you exactly what you are buying, and every order is meant to arrive quickly and exactly as pictured.
Because we are a focused, single-category shop, we can be precise. Watches are listed by their real manufacturer reference, GTIN (barcode) and MPN, so the item on your wrist matches the item on the product page down to the specification.
What we sell
Genuine, brand-new Timex watches only. Each watch is authentic and factory-fresh, delivered sealed and boxed with the manufacturer’s papers. Every watch also carries the standard Timex manufacturer’s limited warranty (generally one year from purchase against manufacturing defects), and we help facilitate warranty claims if you ever need one.
What we do not sell
- No replicas or counterfeits — every watch is the real Timex product.
- No used or refurbished watches — everything is brand-new.
- No grey-market goods — we sell the genuine product, described honestly.
Our commitment to authenticity and transparency
Authenticity is the whole point of the store, so we make it easy to verify what you are getting. Products are listed with real reference numbers, GTINs and MPNs; watches ship sealed and boxed with the manufacturer’s documentation; and our policies use real numbers and real conditions rather than vague “may vary” language. The price you see is the price you pay — there is no sales tax added at checkout, because ERAFAV operates from Montana, a state with no statewide sales tax.

Where we ship from and to
We ship from the United States to customers across the United States only — all 50 states.
- Free shipping on every order, with no minimum, via USPS or UPS with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
- Dispatch: orders placed before 1:00pm Mountain Time on a business day are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Transit: 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. after dispatch. Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer.
- Returns: 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return, unworn and in original condition with all packaging, tags and papers. Returns are free — we send a prepaid label, there is no restocking fee, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the watch.

If a watch ever arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or an order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, email us within 30 days with your order number (and a photo for any damage or fault) and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
