Who We Are

ERAFAV is a women’s fashion and accessories boutique headquartered at 21 Sinclair Road, Levant, ME 04456, United States. From Levant, Maine, we curate everyday elegant womenswear, bags, shoes, and jewelry for customers across the United States. ERAFAV started with a simple observation: most women don’t want a hundred trend pieces — they want a smaller number of things that fit well, hold up, and suit the life they actually live. Our job is to find those things and price them so you can say yes without wincing.

What We Carry

Our catalog centers on pieces you will reach for on an ordinary Tuesday: dresses and separates that move from work to the weekend, bags sized for what you really carry, shoes you can stand in past hour two, and jewelry that finishes an outfit without shouting. We add new arrivals in small, considered batches, so the shop stays easy to browse instead of endless.

What ERAFAV Is

ERAFAV is an independent retailer, not a manufacturer. Every item we sell is made by the brand named in its product title — Zeagoo, Dream Pairs, MKF Collection, KBETHOS and so on — and we buy it from suppliers to resell to you. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by those brands, and material and performance details on our product pages are the ones the manufacturer publishes. What we add is the selection, the pricing, the shipping and the support after you buy.

How We Choose What We Sell

ERAFAV is an independent retailer. We select styles from the brands and distributors we buy from and resell them — we do not manufacture anything, and we are not an authorised or official dealer for the brands we carry. The photographs and specifications on each listing are supplied by the manufacturer or distributor rather than produced in our own studio, and we do not physically sample every style before listing it. What we do commit to is this: the listing describes the item we actually ship, we correct anything we find to be wrong, and a real person answers you. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, and delivered to US customers by FedEx, which is how we keep order processing to 1-2 business days and standard shipping transit to 4-8 business days.

Straightforward by Design

We would rather be plain than clever about the practical details:

  • Shipping: United States only. Standard FedEx shipping is a flat $20 per order, plus a flat 10% sales tax on your items added at checkout. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
  • Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date. Items need to be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging, and there are no restocking fees. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — then we provide a prepaid label. To start a return, email care@erafav.com with your order number.
  • Payments: We accept PayPal and Visa credit and debit cards, and all prices are in USD.
