About ERAFAV

ERAFAV is an independent U.S. online store selling brand-new automotive parts, tools and accessories. We are not a marketplace and we do not resell other sellers’ listings — we choose every item we stock, describe it ourselves, and ship it from the United States.

What we sell

Our catalogue covers ten categories of parts and accessories for cars and motorcycles:

  • CarPlay & Android Auto adapters — wireless dongles and head units
  • Dash cameras — front, rear and mirror-mounted recorders
  • Motorcycle phone mounts — handlebar mounts and holders

The range mixes aftermarket / OEM-style replacement parts with branded products (for example ANCEL diagnostic tools, 70mai dash cams, RAM Mounts and ROCKBROS phone mounts). Every listing states which it is, what vehicles or devices it fits, and exactly what is in the box.

What we do not sell

  • No used, pre-owned, refurbished or salvage items — everything is brand-new in its original packaging.
  • No counterfeit goods and no unbranded copies presented as genuine brand-name products.
  • No digital products, services or subscriptions — physical parts only.

How we work

We ship from the United States to U.S. addresses only. Orders are packed and sent with USPS or UPS, and every parcel is tracked. Because most returns in this industry come from fitment mistakes, we publish full compatibility details on each listing and we will confirm fitment for your exact vehicle by email, free, before you order.

Prices, shipping and taxes — in plain numbers

  • Where we ship: United States only, all 50 states. No international shipping.
  • Shipping cost: a flat $25 per order via USPS or UPS with tracking, no matter how many items you buy.
  • Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday.
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Transit time: 3–8 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Total delivery time: 4–10 business days.
  • Sales tax: a flat 10% is added at checkout on the merchandise subtotal and shown before you pay. Listed prices exclude tax; the $25 shipping fee is not taxed.
  • Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Returns: if an item arrives defective, damaged or is the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we send a free replacement (exchange). Returns are not accepted after those 7 days, and we do not accept change-of-mind or wrong-fitment returns. Full detail on our Returns & Replacements page.
  • Non-delivery: if an order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we reship it or refund it in full.
