Shipping Policy
Every ERAFAV order ships from the United States with USPS or UPS for a flat $25, always with a tracking number. Total delivery time is 4–10 business days: 1–2 business days to handle your order, then 3–8 business days in transit.

How the timing works
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day begin handling the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or U.S. public holiday, begin handling the next business day.
- Handling — 1–2 business days: we verify the order, pick and pack it, and hand it to the carrier.
- Transit — 3–8 business days: the carrier delivers it. Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude U.S. public holidays.
- Total — 4–10 business days from order to doorstep, for all U.S. destinations.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is available as soon as your order ships. Enter your order number and billing email on our Track Your Order page to see the current status. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first carrier scan.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Spotted a mistake right after ordering? Email support@erafav.com immediately — we can usually correct it before the order is handed to the carrier.
If your order does not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will reship it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
What you pay at checkout: item price + $25 flat shipping + 10% sales tax on the merchandise subtotal. The shipping fee itself is not taxed, and the full breakdown is shown before you confirm payment.
