How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and most arrive in 4–10 business days in total.
How do I start a return?
E-mail support@erafav.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We reply with your return authorization and instructions.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments on a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform, and we never see your full card number.
