Jouelanity is an online retailer of daily living, mobility and home equipment for plus-size and bariatric users. Our business address is 1500 Magruder St #538, El Paso, TX 79925, United States. This is an office only; it is not a showroom, pickup point or returns address. Contact: support@jouelanity.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account details secure.
3. Products and information
We describe products as accurately as we can using information and images supplied by manufacturers and suppliers. Specifications, colors and packaging may change and on-screen colors may vary. Weight capacities, dimensions and other specifications should be confirmed before ordering; we are happy to check a specification with the manufacturer for you. Product images may show accessories that are sold separately.
4. Not medical advice
Our products are daily living and mobility aids. Nothing on the Site is medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Choose equipment suitable for the user's weight, size and condition, and consult a professional if you are unsure.
5. Safe use
You agree to use products only as described in the manufacturer's instructions, never above the stated weight capacity, and to inspect them regularly. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, modification, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Any compare-at price shown is a reference price. If a product is unavailable or has been listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order or item and refund you in full.
7. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we ship the item. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; see our Payment & Security page. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or that we cannot fulfil, with a full refund.
8. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Damage, Defects & Warranty page, which form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design and graphics are owned by or licensed to us. Product names, logos and images belong to their respective manufacturers. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without permission.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any consumer protections that apply where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
