We never see your card number
Card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and sent straight to the payment network. We only ever see the card type and last four digits.
Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments, so your card details are encrypted end to end and never stored on our systems.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. The methods available to you are shown at checkout and in the icons below – typically major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and express wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
Processed securely by Shopify Payments
Card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and sent straight to the payment network. We only ever see the card type and last four digits.
Every order is screened by Shopify Payments. Occasionally we may e-mail you to confirm details before shipping – we will never ask for your full card number or password.
Your payment is taken when you place your order. If any item cannot be shipped, we refund it in full straight away.
Look for a charge from our store. If you see a charge you do not recognise, e-mail us first – we can usually explain it in minutes.
Refunds always go back to the card or wallet you paid with, within 5 business days of your return arriving.
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you pay. There are no import duties.
